Cancellation Policy
ALL BOOKING FEE'S are NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE after booking with Robyn Innes Beautique, under any circumstances. Cancellations before 24 hours prior to appointment have no charge. Any appointments cancelled 24 hours or less before your booked time will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment. Any no shows or cancellations on the day of appointment will be charged full amount. Booking fee's are only refundable if COVID19 IS NOT ALLOWING ROBYN INNES BEAUTIQUE TO BE OPEN FOR SERVICES TO GO AHEAD, Robyn will contact clients personally if this ever happens. This means if a booking fee is paid for an appointment, then cancelled by client due to covid19 changing CLIENTS plans, the non-refundable / non transferable policy stands firmly in place.
